摘要
在数字时代,全民健身信息服务平台标准化建设对于推动全民健身智慧化发展、构建更高水平全民健身公共服务体系具有重要的现实意义。对我国全民健身信息服务平台标准化建设的理论逻辑、内容体系、地方实践和实施策略进行了深入探析。全民健身信息服务平台标准化建设的内容体系主要包括服务标准、管理标准、技术标准和绩效标准。从区域实践入手,调研互联网先发地区浙江省全民健身信息服务平台的标准化建设现状,并在此基础上阐述了平台标准化建设的实践成效。为了更好地推进全民健身信息服务平台标准化建设工作,提出了包括组织、制度、技术、资金等4个方面在内的标准化实施保障体系。
In the digitalage, the standardized construction of the information service platform for national fitness has important practical significance for promoting the intelligent development of national fitness and building a higher level public service system for national fitness. The paper discusses the theoretical logic, content system, local practice and implementation strategy of the standardization construction of nationwide fitness information service platform. The content system of the standardization construction of the nationwide fitness information service platform mainly includes service standards, management standards, technical standards and performance standards. Starting from the typical regional practice, the paper investigates the development status quo of the information service platform for national fitness in Zhejiang province, and expounds the practical effects of the standardization construction of the platform.In order to better promote the standardization construction of the nationwide fitness information service platform, a standardized implementation guarantee system including organization, system, technology and funds was proposed.
