摘要
目的分析中药热熨联合穴位按摩在脑卒中伴偏瘫患者康复期间的应用价值。方法将常熟市中医院于2020年1月至2022年1月收治的100例脑卒中偏瘫患者纳入研究,以简单随机抽样法分入观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。2组患者均接受康复训练及穴位按摩,观察组加用中药热熨,持续干预3个月。对比2组患者的Fugl-meyer评定量表(FMA)、Barthel指数(BI)及美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,并评估2组的上肢和下肢肌力恢复情况。结果相较于干预前,2组在干预1个月及干预3个月时的FMA、BI评分均升高,NIHSS评分均下降(P均<0.05);相较于同期对照组,观察组的FMA、BI和NIHSS评分均更优(P均<0.05)。观察组在干预3个月时的上肢和下肢肌力恢复总有效率分别为86.00%、88.00%,均高于对照组的68.00%、62.00%(P均<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合中药热熨能够有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动功能、神经功能及日常生活能力,促进其上肢和下肢肌力恢复。
Objective To analyze the application value of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with acupoint massage in the rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 100 stroke patients with hemiplegia at Changshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were included in the study and divided into an observation group(50 cases)and a control group(50 cases)by simple random sampling.Both groups received rehabilitation training and acupoint massage,while the observation group additionally received traditional Chinese medicine hot compress.The intervention lasted for 3 months.The scores of the Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Barthel Index(BI),and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)were compared between the two groups,and the recovery of upper and lower limb muscle strength was evaluated.Results Compared with before intervention,the FMA and BI scores of the two groups increased after 1 and 3 months of intervention,and the NIHSS score decreased(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the FMA,BI,and NIHSS scores of the observation group were better(all P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the total effective rates of muscle strength recovery of upper and lower limbs in the observation group were 86.00%and 88.00%respectively,which were higher than 68.00%and 62.00%in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress can effectively improve the motor function,neurological function,and activities of daily living of stroke patients with hemiplegia,and promote their recovery of upper and lower limb muscle strength.
