随着社会的进步,工业机械自动化的发展,机械自动化代替人工日常操作已经是必然的趋势。近年来,工业机械手的改进和完善已经如火如荼的展开。文章重点介绍自动上下料机械手,采用一种仿照人类手部运动的设计思路,类似人类大脑的自动操作装置。介绍机械手的构造、流程设计及其应用。
With the progress of society and the development of industrial machinery automation,it is an inevitable trend that mechanical automation replaces manual daily operations.In recent years,the improvement and perfection of industrial manipulators have been in full swing.The automatic loading and unloading manipulator introduced in this article adopts a design idea that imitates the movement of human hands,and is similar to the automatic operation device of human brain.The article introduces the structure,process design and application of the manipulator in detail.
