摘要
随着经济的发展和科技的进步,化工行业取得了令人瞩目的成绩。作为一种以计算机控制为基础的自动化控制系统,DCS应用于化工自动化控制当中,不仅能够提升化工生产的效率和质量,而且还能够保证精准度。因此,在化工自动化控制当中已经开始广泛应用DCS。DCS凭借其自身的先进性和优越性极大地促进了化工行业的发展。基于此,主要对DCS的概况和特点功能进行简述,并探讨了DCS所具备的一系列性能,指出了目前DCS在化工自动化控制中应用的现状,以及具体的应用。
With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology,the chemical industry has made remarkable achievements.As an automatic control system based on computer control,the application of DCS control system in chemical automation control can not only improve the efficiency and quality of chemical production,but also ensure the accuracy.Therefore,DCS control system has been widely used in chemical automation control.The DCS control system can promote the development of the chemical industry to a great extent by virtue of its own progressiveness and superiority in the chemical This paper mainly describes the general situation and characteristics of DCS control system,discusses a series of functions of DCS control system,and points out the current situation and specific application of DCS control system in chemical automation control,so as to provide some reference for the development of chemical industry.
