摘要
样品前处理技术是开展食品中农药残留检验的一个重要操作环节。对试样进行前处理可以保障后续检验的准确性,为食品安全的保障提供有效的数据依据。针对当前食品农药残留检测而言,检验人员应当注重食品安全实验前的预处理,采取适当的方法对食品检验数据进行综合处理,以保证检验结果与实际情况吻合。
Sample pretreatment technology is an important operation link to carry out pesticide residue inspection in food. Pretreatment of samples can guarantee the accuracy of follow-up inspection and provide effective data basis for food safety. For the current monitoring of pesticide residues in food, inspectors should pay attention to the pretreatment before food safety experiments, and take appropriate methods for comprehensive processing of food inspection data, so as to ensure that the inspection results are consistent with the actual situation.
