超声和乳腺X射线摄影在乳腺微小癌的诊断价值及准确率分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺超声和乳腺X射线摄影联合诊断在乳腺微小癌中的应用价值及准确率。方法:选取2019年3月—2022年9月滕州市中心人民医院收治的疑似病发乳腺微小癌患者90例,均接受乳腺超声及乳腺X射线摄影技术诊断,以病理检查结果为金标准,分析两种方式单一及联合检测的诊断结果。结果:90例疑似患者手术病理检查显示共有88例患者确诊为乳腺微小癌。经乳腺超声诊断85例为乳腺微小癌,经乳腺X射线摄影诊断80例为乳腺微小癌,经联合诊断87例为乳腺微小癌。乳腺超声及乳腺X射线摄影联合诊断的准确率(98.89%)和灵敏度(98.86%)高于单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),三者特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺超声和乳腺X射线摄影为针对临床乳腺微小癌的常用诊断方式,将其联合使用可更好地提高临床诊断准确率,为后续相关诊疗提供重要参考价值。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and accuracy of breast ultrasound and mammography in breast micro carcinoma.Methods We selected 90 patients with suspected breast microcarcinoma admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from March 2019 to September 2022,who were all diagnosed by breast ultrasound and breast mammography.We analyzed the diagnosis results of single and joint detection of the two methods based on the pathological examination results as the gold standard.Results The pathological examination of 90 suspected patients showed that a total of 88 patients were diagnosed with breast microcarcinoma.85 cases of breast microcarcinoma were diagnosed by ultrasound and 80 cases by mammography.87 cases of breast microcarcinoma were diagnosed by breast ultrasound combined with mammography.The accuracy of 98.89%and sensitivity of 98.86%of the combined diagnosis of breast ultrasound and mammography were higher than those of single detection,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the three(P>0.05).Conclusion Breast ultrasound and mammography are common diagnostic methods for clinical breast micro carcinoma.Their combined use can better improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,and has important reference value for follow-up related diagnosis and treatment.
