煤矿综合机械化采煤工艺研究探讨 被引量:2

摘要 煤矿综合机械化采煤工艺是中国煤矿开采的主流工艺,不仅提升了煤矿开采的效率,还提升了煤矿开采的安全性。为了更好地发挥这项工艺的优势,需要认识到这项工艺的特性并进行改进。首先分析了综合机械化采煤工艺的关键设备,主要有液压支架、液压支架电液控制系统、采煤机等;其次分析了综合机械化采煤工艺存在的问题,包括端头支护困难、采煤机截齿易磨损、采高控制不精确和对地质条件的适用性差等;最后探讨了综合机械化采煤工艺未来的发展趋势,主要包括实现综合机械化采煤工艺智能化和端头支护高效化两个方面。希望此次研究可以为综合机械化采煤工艺的优化改进提供一定的参考。 The fully mechanized coal mining technology is the mainstream technology of coal mining in China, which not only improves the efficiency of coal mining, but also improves the safety of coal mining. In order to give full play to the advantages of the technology, it is necessary to recognize the characteristics of the technology and improve it. Firstly, this paper analyzed the key equipment of fully mechanized coal mining technology, including hydraulic support, hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system, shearer, etc;secondly, it analyzed the problems existing in the fully mechanized coal mining technology, including the difficulty of end support, easy wear of shearer’s cutting teeth, imprecise mining height control and poor applicability to geological conditions;finally, it discussed the development trend of fully mechanized coal mining technology in the future,including the realization of fully mechanized coal mining technology intelligence and end support high efficiency. It is hoped that the research can provide some reference for the optimization and improvement of fully mechanized coal mining technology.
