摘要
针对飞机雷达系统所用的安全阀开启压力低、密封要求高的特点,通过数学建模和数值分析两种方法,分析了其性能是否符合相关指标的要求。基于流道优化方法,采用WORKBENCH有限元分析软件建立了流体分析模型,并进行流场分析。在此基础上,调整弹簧刚度、密封架摩擦力等因素,设计出一种超低开启压力安全阀产品。
Aming at the characteristics of low opening and high sealing requirement of safety valve used in aircraft radar system,this paper analyzes whether its performance meets the requirements of relevant indexes by mathematical modeling and numerical analysis.Based on the channel optimization method,a fluid analysis model is established by using WORKBENCH finite element analysis software,and the flow field is analyzed.On this basis,an ultra-low pressure safety valve product was disigned by adjusting the spring stiffness,sealing frame friction and other factors.
