摘要
外啮合高压齿轮泵的噪声不仅对环境产生影响,更能影响到人的身体健康,为保护环境和人的身体健康,必须对其噪声予以控制。该文主要以PERMCO公司的SP系列低噪声高压齿轮泵为例,分析齿轮泵噪声产生原因,并提出优化方案,达到降噪的效果。
The noise of external high pressure gear pump not only affects the environment,but also affects people's health.In order to protect the environment and people's health,the noise must be controlled.This paper mainly takes PERMCO SP series low noise high pressure gear pump as an example,analyzes the causes of gear pump noise,and puts forward the optimization scheme to achieve the effect of noise reduction.
