摘要
亚临床甲状腺功能减退合并甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体阳性是临床上常见的妊娠期内分泌疾病,可能会增加妊娠不良结局的发生风险,甚至影响后代神经智能的发育与成熟,故妊娠期正常的甲状腺功能对母体及胎儿至关重要。本文就亚临床甲状腺功能减退合并甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体阳性对孕妇和胎儿的影响及其诊疗进展进行综述,以期为临床工作提供更多帮助。
Subclinical hypothyroidism combined with positive of thyroid peroxidase antibody is a common clinical endocrine disease during pregnancy,which may increase the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes and even affect the development and maturation of offspring's neurointelligence.Therefore,normal thyroid function during pregnancy is essential for the mother and fetus.This article reviews the effects of subclinical hypothyroidism combined with positive thyroid peroxidase antibody on pregnant women and fetuses and its diagnosis and treatment progress,in order to provide more help for clinical work.
