液液萃取-液相色谱法监测工业废水中单质硫含量 被引量:3

Monitoring Sulfur Content in Industrial Wastewater by Liquid-Liquid Extraction-Liquid Chromatography

摘要 建立了一种液液萃取-液相色谱法测定工业废水中单质硫含量的方法。优选了萃取剂种类、萃取时间及次数、流动相、前处理方法及检测条件。实验结果表明,在最优条件下,单质硫的线性关系良好,相关性系数(R^(2))为1。在50,100,250,400μg/L加标浓度下,单质硫的回收率为97.48%~99.07%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.05%~0.29%,方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.015 mg/L,定量下限(S/N=10)为0.05 mg/L。该方法对单质硫的萃取效率高,重复性好。实际工业废水测试结果表明,本方法可满足工业废水中单质硫的检测分析,可作为控制工业含硫废水排放的监测手段。 The method for the determination of sulfur content in industrial wastewater by liquid-liquid extraction-liquid chromatography was established.The type of extraction agent,extraction time and times,mobile phase,pretreatment method and detection conditions are optimized.The experimental results show that under the optimal conditions,the linear relationship of elemental sulfur is great,and the correlation coefficient(R^(2))is 1.At 50,100,250,and 400μg/L spiked concentrations,the recoveries of elemental sulfur were 97.48%~99.07%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 0.05%~0.29%,respectively.The method detection limit(S/N=3)is 0.015 mg/L,and the lower limit of quantification(S/N=10)is 0.05 mg/L.The method has high extraction efficiency and good repeatability for elemental sulfur.The actual industrial wastewater test results show that the method can meet the detection and analysis of sulfur in industrial wastewater,and can be used as a monitoring method to control the discharge of industrial sulfur-containing wastewater.
