摘要
为准确评价人防工程施工风险,在工程项目资料及专家意见的基础上,确定人防工程施工风险影响因素,提出基于层次分析法的人防工程施工风险评价模型,采用MATLAB软件进行各级指标一致性的检验,得到各指标权重,基于指标权重对施工风险进行评价;采用该模型进行工程实例分析,以验证模型的可靠性。研究表明,该模型可全面评价人防工程施工风险,客观反映各风险因素对施工风险影响权重;对于焦作市玖珑宸项目人防工程,一级评价指标中,组织管理风险对焦作市玖珑宸项目人防工程施工风险影响较大,权重系数为39.45%;二级评价指标中,工程质量对焦作市玖珑宸项目人防工程施工风险影响最大,权重系数为19.14%。
For accurate evaluation of civil air defense engineering construction risk,on the basis of project data and expert opinion,determine the risk factors influencing the construction of civil air defense engineering,put forward the civil air defense engineering construction risk evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process,using MATLAB software to all levels of indicators consistency inspection,the weight of each index,based on the index weight of construction risk evaluation;The reliability of the model is verified by an engineering example.The results show that the model can comprehensively evaluate the construction risk of civil air defense engineering and objectively reflect the influence weight of each risk factor on the construction risk.For the civil air defense engineering of Jiulongchen project in Jiaozuo city,among the first-level evaluation indicators,the organizational management risk has a great influence on the construction risk of civil air defense engineering of Jiulongchen project in Jiaozuo city,with a weight coefficient of 39.45%.Among the second-level evaluation indexes,project quality has the greatest impact on the construction risk of civil air defense engineering of Jiulongchen project in Jiaozuo city,with a weight coefficient of 19.14%.
