摘要
随着智能化建造的需求,建造业需要将先进技术与新型建造形式相结合。在引入BIM技术的基础上结合钢结构建筑的特点建立综合性的管控平台是未来建筑业发展的方向。结合宿迁孵化器钢结构项目的项目特点,对BIM技术在钢结构建筑建造过程中对人员以及施工进度、安全、成本、质量的管理进行分析,为以BIM技术为基础建立智能化管理平台的应用积累了经验。
With the need for intelligent construction,combination of advanced technology and new construction is required for construction industry.Establishment of comprehensive management and control platform by using BIM based on the characteristics of steel structure construction is expected to be one of development directions of construction industry.Based on the characteristics of steel structure construction for Suqian Laser Industrial Park,analysis was performed on the application of BIM in steel structure construction in the following aspects,personnel,schedule,safety,cost and quality management.It may serve as reference to the application of BIM-based intelligent management platform.
