摘要
目的:探讨骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)畸形患者正畸掩饰性治疗的效果及对外貌美观性的影响。方法:选取2018年8月-2020年11月笔者医院收治的骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)畸形患者52例。所有患者均接受正畸掩饰治疗,记录治疗前后患者的软组织、硬组织指标,并选取普通人和正畸医生作为美观评价者对患者的侧貌美观性进行评分。结果:治疗后,患者Z角、H角、UL-Sn-Pogs均大于治疗前,Cm-Sn-UL、LL-Sn-Pogs均小于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗前后患者软组织面角、Si-LL-Pogs差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,患者SNA、ANB、Wits、NP-FH、U1-SN、U1-NA均大于治疗前,SNB、U1-L1均小于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗前后患者MP-SN、OP-SN、L1-MP、L1-NB比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,普通人及正畸医生对患者的美观性评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正畸掩饰治疗对骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)畸形患者具有较好的效果,可改善软硬组织条件,增加外貌美观性。
Objective To investigate the effect of orthodontic camouflage treatment on classⅢskeletal malocclusion and its influence on aesthetics.Methods 52 patients with ClassⅢskeletal malocclusion admitted to our hospital from August 2018to November 2020 were selected.All patients received orthodontic camouflage treatment.The soft tissue and hard tissue indicators of the patients before and after the treatment were recorded.Normal people and orthodontists were selected as aesthetic evaluators to score the patients’facial appearance.Results After treatment,the patient’s Z angle,H angle,ULSn-Pogs were all greater than those before treatment,the patient’s Cm-Sn-UL,LL-Sn-Pogs were all smaller than those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in soft tissue facial angle and Si-LL-Pogs before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the patient’s SNA,ANB,Wits,NP-FH,U1-SN,U1-NA were all larger than those before treatment,the patient’s SNB and U1-L1 were all smaller than those before treatment(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in MP-SN,OP-SN,L1-MP,L1-NB before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the aesthetic scores of normal people and orthodontists were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic camouflage treatment has a good effect on patients with classⅢskeletal malocclusion,which can improve the condition of soft and hard tissues,and increase the appearance of beauty.
