摘要
在以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环互相促进的新发展格局下,我国城市间交通联系愈加密切,而城市轨道交通乘客跨城市出行中,票务互联互通就成为亟需解决的问题之一。本文基于移动支付现状及跨区域二维码票务互联互通业务管理需求分析,对城市轨道交通现有跨区域二维码互联互通三种方案,即基于互联网支付机构乘车码、点对点两两互通和轮辐式环型三方平台,从技术优劣性、数据价值、客户体验等多维度进行对比分析,并就互联互通方案选择和模式发展方向提出了优先选择三方平台方案或混合方案的建议,在实现城市轨道交通跨区域票务互联互通、解决跨城出行用户单程票使用问题、提供便捷的轨道交通出行体验等方面具有现实指导意义。
Under the“dual circulation”development pattern in which China′s domestic economic cycle plays a leading role while international economic cycle remains its extension and supplement,China′s inter-city traffic links are getting closer,and the ticketing interconnection faced by urban rail transit passengers in cross-city travel has become one of the urgent problems to be solved.Based on the analysis of the current mobile payment and the management requirements of cross-regional two-dimensional code ticket interconnection business,this paper compares and analyzes the existing three schemes of cross-regional two-dimensional code interconnection in urban rail transit,that is,internet payment-based institution ride code,point-to-point pairwise interconnection and spoke ring-type third party payment platform,from multi-dimensions of technology superiority and inferiority,data value,customer experience,etc.Regarding the selection of interconnection scheme and the direction of model development,this paper proposes to give priority to the third party payment platform scheme or hybrid scheme,which has practical guidance in realizing cross-regional ticketing interconnection of urban rail transit,solving the problem of using one-way tickets for cross-city travel users,and providing convenient rail transit travel experience.
