详细介绍了传统硫黄喷枪在硫黄制酸装置焚硫炉运行过程中存在的问题,以及高效硫黄喷枪的技术特点、结构参数及应用情况。传统硫黄喷枪的雾化效果较差,液体硫黄滴落在焚硫炉底部流淌燃烧,导致焚硫炉运行温度超高,且存在喷嘴保温蒸汽泄漏、枪身变形、喷嘴堵塞流量变小等问题,经常导致硫黄制酸装置停产。高效硫黄喷枪采用两级增速机械固定多流道雾化技术,具有雾化效率高、工作流量范围大、雾化压力低、枪身焊缝少且无泄漏、喷嘴密封面不易损坏等优点,能够更好地满足硫黄制酸装置的运行要求,提高了硫黄制酸装置的产能和蒸汽产量,节能降耗效果和经济效益显著,保障了装置长周期安全稳定运行。
The problems existing in the operation of the traditional sulphur spray gun in the sulphur incinerator of the sulphurburning sulphuric acid plant,as well as the technical characteristics,structural parameters and application of the high-efficiency sulphur spray gun are introduced in detail.The atomization effect of the traditional sulphur spray gun is poor.The liquid sulphur drops on the bottom of the sulphur incinerator and flows for combustion,resulting in the ultra-high operating temperature of the sulphur incinerator,and there are problems such as nozzle insulation steam leakage,gun body deformation,nozzle blockage and flow reduction,which often lead to the shutdown of the sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant.High-efficiency sulphur spray gun adopts two-stage speedup mechanical fixed multi-channel atomization technology,which has the advantages of high atomization efficiency,large working flow range,low atomization pressure,few and no leakage of gun body welds,and the nozzle sealing surface is not easy to be damaged.It can better meet the operation requirements of the sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant,improve the capacity and steam output of the sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant,save energy and reduce consumption,and achieve significant economic benefits.It ensures longterm safe and stable operation of the device.
