摘要
本文以蚕砂为原料,乙酸乙酯为萃取剂,通过溶剂萃取法进行叶绿素的提取。经过响应面法优化确定提取方案为:液料比22.6∶1,提取温度44.34℃,反应时长6.86 h,在此条件下提取的叶绿素浸膏的叶绿素收率为61.78%。本文通过响应面优化法对蚕砂中叶绿素的提取实验进行条件的优化,实现了蚕砂提取叶绿素的含量及得率的提高,增加了对叶绿素进一步反应合成及产品开发的可能性。
In this paper,using silkworm excrement as raw material and ethyl acetate as extractant,chlorophyll was extracted by solvent extraction. Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction scheme as follows :the ratio of liquid to material was 22.6∶1,the extraction temperature was 44.34℃,and the extraction time was 6.86h. Under these conditions,the extraction yield of chlorophyll was 61.78%. The conditions of extracting chlorophyll from silkworm excrement were optimized by response surface methodology,which improved the content and yield of chlorophyll extracted from silkworm excrement,and increased the possibility of further synthesis of chlorophyll and relevant product development.
