摘要
为了解和评价我国检验检测机构在混凝土立方体抗压强度检测领域的能力,中国建筑科学研究院有限公司承担并实施了由国家市场监督管理总局组织的混凝土立方体抗压强度检测能力验证计划(CNCA-20-07)。详细介绍了能力验证计划的实施过程,包括参加机构概况、方案设计、结果统计、能力评定、不满意结果分析及技术建议等。此次能力验证计划的实施,有利于了解和提高相关检验检测机构混凝土立方体抗压强度的检测能力,更好地贯彻执行GB/T 50081—2019《混凝土物理力学性能试验方法标准》,同时,也对检验检测机构资质认定的技术评审有所帮助。
In order to understand and evaluate the ability of China′s inspection agencies in the field of concrete cube compressive strength testing,China Academy of Building Research undertook and implemented the proficiency testing scheme of compressive strength of concrete cube(CNCA-20-07)organized by the State Administration for Market Regulation.The implementation process of the proficiency testing scheme is introduced in detail,including the general situation of participating agencies,scheme design,result statistics,evaluation of performance,analysis of unsatisfactory results and technical suggestions etc.The implementation of the proficiency testing scheme is to understand and improve the testing ability of concrete cube compressive strength of inspection agencies,and better implementing GB/T 50081—2019 Standard for“Test methods of concrete physical and mechanical properties”.At the same time,it is also helpful to the technical review of the qualification of inspection agencies.
