摘要
为充分利用海洋生物固废物,研究贝壳类钉螺替代天然砂在胶砂中的应用性能,设计了6种不同钉螺取代率的胶砂进行试验。结果表明:随钉螺砂取代率的提高,不同龄期的胶砂试件抗折与抗压强度均有所大幅提高。CCM100试件的抗折强度与抗压强度最高,与CCM0对比,3 d时强度均增长100%以上,28 d时增长50%左右。钉螺独特的表面状态、合理的掺合料、较佳的颗粒级配及减水剂的增加是钉螺胶砂获得较高强度的主要原因。通过调整胶砂的配合比,可降低水泥使用量,取得较高强度的同时也可获得较好的经济效益。
In order to make full use of the solid waste of marine organisms and to study the application performance of shell oncomelania snail as a substitute for natural sand in mortar,6 kinds of mortar with different substitution rate of oncomelania snail were designed and tested.The results showed that the flexural strength and compressive strength of the cement-sand specimens at different ages increased greatly with the increase of oncomelania hupensis sand replacement rate.Compared with CCM0,the flexural strength and compressive strength of CCM100 specimens increased more than 100%at 3 d and about 50%at 28 d.The special surface state of oncomelania snails,reasonable admixture,better grain gradation and the increase of water reducing agent are the main reasons for the higher strength of oncomelania snails glue sand.By adjusting the mixture ratio of mortar,the cement consumption can be reduced,the higher strength can be obtained and the better economic benefit can be obtained.
