摘要
对不同氯盐侵蚀时间下4片CPRP加固RC梁开展抗弯试验,研究氯盐侵蚀对加固梁承载能力的影响规律和破坏模式。结果表明:与常规试件比较,氯盐侵蚀40 d加固梁的极限拉应变减小34.6%,极限挠度减小44.8%,开裂荷载和极限荷载分别减小9.4%和15.8%,承载能力显著降低;氯盐侵蚀既引起钢筋锈胀,又削弱混凝土与CFRP界面的黏结性能,CFRP加固RC梁在氯盐侵蚀作用下主要发生弯曲破坏和剪切破坏。研究成果可为海工桥梁的加固和管养提供理论支持。
The influence of chloride erosion on the bearing capacity of RC beams strengthened with CFRP was investigated by three-point bending tests,and the failure mode was analyzed.The results show that compared with the conventional specimens,the ultimate tensile strain,ultimate deflection,cracking load and ultimate load of the strengthened beams after 40 days of chloride corrosion are reduced by 34.6%,44.8%,9.4%and 15.8%respectively,and the bearing capacity is significantly reduced.Chloride erosion not only causes steel corrosion,but also weakens the bond performance between concrete and CFRP.The strengthened beams mainly suffer from bending failure and shear failure under chloride erosion.The results can provide theoretical support for the reinforcement and maintenance of marine bridges.
