触屏盖板玻璃自动存储机结构及控制系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对人工存储触屏盖板玻璃过程中存在的次品率高、易伤人、效率低等问题,设计了触屏盖板玻璃自动存储机的机械结构和硬件电路,开发了自动化控制系统,选用三菱通用型FX-3U-32MT-DS(晶体管型输出)PLC作为主控单元编写了触屏盖板玻璃存储系统的控制程序,基于组态软件SATOOL 6.1设计了触屏盖板玻璃存储机人机交互界面,并搭建了触屏盖板玻璃自动存储机样机,开展了样机性能试验研究。结果表明,设计的触屏盖板玻璃存储机运行稳定,安全性能高,次品率低,存储效率达720片/小时(8小时完成5760片触屏盖板玻璃的存储),合格率为99.4%,存储效率为人工存储的2.5倍,合格率相对人工提高2.3%,可节省操作工人1名,具有较大的推广价值。 In view of the problems of high defective rate,hurting people easily and low efficiency in the process of manual storage of touch screen cover glass,the mechanical structure and hardware circuit of the touch screen cover glass automatic storage machine are designed,the automatic control system is developed,and the FX-3U PLC is selected as the main control unit to write the control program of the touch screen cover glass storage system.Based on the configuration software SATOOL6.1,the human-computer interactive interface of the touch screen cover glass storage machine was designed,and the prototype of the touch screen cover glass automatic storage machine was built,and the prototype performance test and research was carried out.The results show that the designed touch screen cover glass storage machine is stable,the safety performance is high,the defective product rate is low,the storage efficiency is 720 pieces/hour,the pass rate is 99.4%,the storage efficiency is 2.5 times that of manual storage,the pass rate is 2.3%higher,and has no need for human labor.It has a great application prospect.
