摘要
环境温度变化影响复合材料壁板的隔声性能,关系到飞机舱内噪声水平,是一个亟待研究的问题。文章开展常温和低温状态下的隔声建模方法研究,然后搭建常温和低温环境下的复合材料壁板结构隔声性能测试系统,实测结果和数值计算结果基本一致。最后通过大量隔声试验,获得复合材料壁板低温环境下的隔声性能特点,进一步分析温度从-40℃~40℃变化时复合材料壁板在50~10 000 Hz 1/3倍频程的隔声规律。试验结果表明,在中心频率为50~500 Hz时,复合材料壁板在低温环境下的隔声性能总体好于常温下的隔声性能,且温度对壁板隔声量的影响较大。
Environmental temperature changes affect the sound insulation performance of composite panels, and are related to the noise level in the cabin, which is a subject to be studied urgently. In this paper, the sound insulation modeling methods under normal temperature and low temperature are studied, and then the sound insulation test systems for composite panel structures in normal temperature and low temperature environments is built. The measured results are generally in agreement with the numerical calculation results. Finally, through a large number of sound insulation tests, the sound insulation characteristics of composite panels at low temperatures are obtained,and the sound insulation performances of composite panels in the range of 1/3 octaves from 50 Hz to 10 000 Hz when the temperature changes from-40℃ to +40℃ are further analyzed. The test results show that at a central frequency of 50 to 500 Hz, the sound insulation performance of composite aircraft panels is generally better at low temperatures than at normal temperatures, and the temperature has a great influence on the sound transmission loss of the panels.
