摘要
中国是危险化学品生产和使用大国,危险货物道路运输的安全性尤为重要。对危险货物精准归类,强化危险性较高货物的安全管理,按照法规要求简化部分危险系数相对较低货物的运输要求,可在规范危险货物运输的同时提高运输效率。文章汇总了危险货物道路运输中常见运输条件的豁免形式,并简述了危险货物道路运输豁免在国内的实施情况,有利于指导企业安全运输危险货物,降低运输成本。
China is a big country in the production and use of dangerous chemicals, and the safety of road transport of dangerous goods is particularly important. Precise classification of dangerous goods, strengthening the safety management of dangerous goods, simplifying the transport requirements of some goods with relatively low risk coefficient according to the requirements of laws and regulations, can improve the transport efficiency while standardizing the transport of dangerous goods. This paper summarizes the forms of exemption of common transport conditions in road transport of dangerous goods, and briefly describes the implementation of road transport exemption of dangerous goods in China, which is helpful to guide enterprises to transport dangerous goods safely and reduce transport costs.
