航空液压零件径向沟通孔电火花加工技术

Research on SEDM Technology of Radial Communication Hole in Aviation Hydraulic Parts

摘要 为解决在航空液压零件径向沟通孔加工中因喷油不畅导致积碳、同时解决因电极杆刚性不够导致震颤的技术难题,本文提出了在电火花加工过程中,配合一种新型辅助内喷油装置的使用,能够实现高效、稳定的径向沟通孔电火花加工。并通过油压控制试验、电极杆材料优化试验、电火花加工试验对该方法进行验证,最终优化出最高效的工艺参数并显著提升了加工效率。 In order to solve the problem of carbon accumulation caused by poor oil injection in the processing of radial communication hole of aviation hydraulic parts, and solve the technical problem of vibration caused by insufficient rigidity of electrode rod. An efficient and stable SEDM with a new auxiliary internal fuel injection device is proposed. The method was verified by oil pressure control test, electrode rod material optimization test and SEDM test, and the most efficient process parameters were optimized and the processing efficiency was significantly improved.
