老挝南俄4水电站生态放流装置设计

摘要 为精准控制老挝南俄4水电站下游生态流量、有效实现电站下游生态流量泄放,设计了一种新型的生态放流装置。该装置充分利用原有电站的泄洪闸门设备,在闸门上安装电动锥形阀,利用阀的自动调节流量功能,通过长期局部开启闸门上阀的方法实现下游生态流量的不间断泄放。流量计实测结果表明:该装置运行后,生态放流的泄流能力满足要求,具有很强的实用性和经济性,可为其他类似工程提供参考依据。 In order to accurately control the ecological flow of Nam Ngum 4 Hydropower Station in Laos, so as to effectively realize the discharge of ecological flow to the downstream, a new type of ecological flow discharging device was designed.The device made full use of the existing flood discharge gate, where an electric conical valve was installed.The uninterrupted discharge of the ecological flow to the downstream was achieved by utilizing the automatic flow adjustment function of the valve through partially opening the valve.The real-time flow measurement showed that after operation, the device can discharge ecological flow that met the requirement.The device was practically and economically efficient, and can provide reference for other similar projects.
