摘要
为全面了解北京市密云区两栖爬行动物多样性现状,分别于2019和2020年的3—5月、7—9月利用样线法在密云区全境开展调查。结果显示:密云区现有两栖类1目2科4种,爬行类2目8科24种,其中两栖类减少2种,爬行类增加8种,确认首次记录于门头沟区的黑背白环蛇(Lycodon ruhstrati)、平谷区的黑头剑蛇(Sibynophis chinensis)在本区亦有分布,在云蒙山区域再次发现中国石龙子(Plestiodon chinensis)和蓝尾石龙子(P.elegans),显示出密云区两栖爬行动物种类构成发生较大变化,可能与气候变化、植被演替有关。针对爬行动物种类的深入调查研究,建议后期采集标本,以分类学指标或者分子鉴定技术予以确认。
Aimed at revealing the baseline information on amphibian and reptile species diversity in Miyun District, Beijing, this study made a thorough field survey by transect line method from March to May and from July to September in 2019 and 2020, respectively. The results showed that there existed four species under two families and one phylum of amphibians and 24 species under eight families and two phylum of reptiles in Miyun Dstrict. Compared to previous reports two species of amphibian were not found and eight new species were recorded for reptiles. It confirmed two new reptile species to Beijing, Lycodon ruhstrati and Sibynophis chinensis were also distributed in Miyun District. This survey once again recorded Plestiodon chinensis and P. elegans in Yunmengshan region. The species diversity of amphibians and reptiles changed greatly in Miyun District, which may related with climate change and vegetation succession. In response to the in-depth investigation of reptiles, we suggest that detailed taxonomic checking and molecular identification approaches based on specimen collection maybe used to clarify those newly appeared species.
