摘要
对2起变电站断路器二次回路相关故障排查案例进行了原因分析,明确断路器机械特性测试要点和注意事项,并提出了缺陷断路器的整改措施与运维策略。通过研制变电设备二次回路故障排查演示板,协助变电检修基层班组人员熟悉并掌握电气设备的二次回路原理和故障排查方法,实现快速顺利地进行日常检修与运维消缺。
This paper analyzes the causes of two troubleshooting cases related to the secondary circuit of substation circuit breakers,clarifies the main points and precautions of testing the mechanical characteristics of circuit breakers,and puts forward the rectification measures and operation and maintenance strategies of defective circuit breakers.By developing the demonstration board for troubleshooting of secondary circuit of substation equipment,it helps the grassroots team members of substation maintenance to be familiar with and master the principle and troubleshooting methods of secondary circuit of electrical equipment,so as to realize daily maintenance,operation and maintenance and eliminate defects quickly and smoothly.
