摘要
以优化高校图书馆文献信息检索咨询服务为目的,构建数字环境下高校图书馆文献信息检索咨询服务模型。首先,依据数字环境下高校图书馆信息资源服务内容与形式分析结果,建立数字环境下高校图书馆文献信息检索咨询服务模型技术框架,并编码处理检索条件。其次,使用语义编码处理文档词特征,获取精准用户检索信息,通过排序处理实现实时过滤。最后,通过用户查询接口将内容反馈给用户,完成高校图书馆文献信息检索咨询服务。实验结果表明,设计模型具备较好的鲁棒性,检索图书馆文献信息时受信息维度影响较小,入链文献信息量较多,可较好地为用户提供图书馆文献信息检索咨询服务。
In order to optimize the literature information retrieval and consulting services of university libraries, a model of literature information retrieval and consulting services of university libraries in the digital environment is constructed. First, according to the analysis results of the content and form of information resource services of university libraries in the digital environment, the technical framework of the literature information retrieval service model of university libraries in the digital environment is established, and the retrieval conditions are coded. Secondly, semantic coding is used to process document word features, obtain accurate user retrieval information, and sort and process real-time filtering. Finally, the content is fed back to the user through the user query interface to complete the literature information retrieval consulting service of university library. The experimental results show that the design model has good robustness, is less affected by information dimensions when retrieving library literature information, and has more information in the chain, which can better provide users with library literature information retrieval consulting services.
