摘要
某PC级双电源自动转换开关进行电磁兼容项目测试时,出现了电快速瞬变脉冲群(EFT)、辐射发射试验不合格问题。经理论分析,决定对可能引起试品反应的耦合路径进行滤波处理,降低试品自身骚扰输出,同时防止外界骚扰输入,其中主要用到了磁环和共模电感。另外,通过采用屏蔽和接地措施,吸收试品辐射出来的电磁波,阻断容性耦合的干扰,主要用到了屏蔽线、金属铜箔。再就是增加接地线,减小电路阻抗,阻断共模干扰的注入。整改后的试品测试合格。以上整改方法为双电源自动转换开关电磁兼容方面的设计、整改提供了参考。
When a PC level dual power automatic transfer switch was tested for electromagnetic compatibility,the electrical fast transient(EFT)and radiation emission test were not qualified.After theoretical analysis,it is decided to filter the coupling path that may cause the reaction of the test object,to reduce the self disturbance output of the test object and prevent the external disturbance input,which mainly uses the magnetic ring and common mode inductor.In addition,shielding and grounding measures are adopted to absorb the electromagnetic wave radiated by the test object and block the interference of capacitive coupling,shielded wire and metal copper foil are mainly used.The other is to block the injection of common mode interference by increasing the grounding wire and reducing the circuit impedance.The test object after rectification is qualified.The above rectification methods provide a reference for the design and rectification of electromagnetic compatibility of dual power automatic transfer switch.
