基于网拍天线的抗辐照电场传感器研制 被引量:1

摘要 为了在强辐照环境下准确测量电场,研制了一种基于网拍天线的抗辐照电场传感器。在测量原理的基础上利用CST软件对其频响特性等关键性能进行仿真,得到网拍天线性能与平行板电场传感器接近、网拍天线尺寸应该控制在厘米量级等结论;利用MCNP5软件计算其抗辐照性能,得到网拍天线有较强抗辐照能力等结论;在仿真的指导下自行设计并制作了两版网拍天线,经过校准能够较好地测量电场,可为抗辐照电场传感器的发展提供帮助。 In order to accurately measure the electric field in the strong radiation environment,this paper developed an anti-irradiation electric field sensor based on parallel mesh dipole sensor.Based on the measurement principle,the CST software is used to simulate its key performance,and the conclusion is drawn that the performance of the parallel mesh dipole sensor is close to that of the parallel plate electric field sensor,and the size of the parallel mesh dipole sensor should be controlled at the centimeter level;Using MCNP5 software to calculate its radiation resistance,it is concluded that the parallel mesh dipole sensor has strong anti-irradiation ability;Under the guidance of the simulation,we designed the parallel mesh dipole sensor which can measure the electric field well after calibration,which provided help for the development of anti-irradiation electric field sensor.
