滑菇对三苯甲烷类染料的脱色 被引量:2

摘要 三苯甲烷类染料常用于印染和纺织工业,其对生态环境有一定的危害,亟需开发一种高效且成本低的降解方法。近年来,利用白腐真菌进行染料的脱色和降解处理受到人们的广泛关注。滑菇属球盖菇科鳞伞属,是较为常见的白腐真菌。以滑菇菌株SP02为材料,研究了该菌对孔雀石绿、结晶紫、碱性品红等三苯甲烷类染料的脱色能力。利用25℃,180 r/min振荡培养7 d的菌丝体发酵液对10 mg/L染料进行脱色,结果显示,孔雀石绿、结晶紫、碱性品红等染料24 h脱色率分别为92.9%,89.6%和83.9%,且该菌还能够对孔雀石绿进行连续脱色。滑菇菌株SP02能够分泌漆酶、木质素过氧化物酶和锰过氧化物酶等,在发酵培养7 d时,酶活性分别为224,58和6 U/mL;木质素降解酶类可能在染料脱色过程中发挥重要作用。 Triphenylmethane dyes are commonly used in printing and dyeing and textile industries, which cause certain harm to the ecological environment. It is urgent to develop an efficient and low-cost degradation method. In recent years, the use of white rot fungi to decolorize and degrade dyes has attracted extensive attention. Pholiota nameko belongs to Strophariaceae Pholiota, and it is a common white rot fungus. In the study, the decolorization ability of the strain SP02 to malachite green, crystal violet and basic fuchsin was studied. The 10 mg/L dye solution was decolorized by the mycelium fermentation broth incubated in 7 d at 25 ℃ under the condition of shake culture(180 r/min). The results showed that the decolorization rates of malachite green, crystal violet and basic fuchsin were 92.9%, 89.6% and 83.9% respectively in 24 hours. In addition, the strain could also decolorize malachite green continuously. During fermentation, laccase, lignin peroxidase and manganese peroxidase were secreted, and the enzyme activities were 224 U/mL, 58 U/mL and 6 U/mL respectively in 7 d of fermentation. These lignin degrading enzymes may play an important role in the dye decolorization process.
