摘要
高速铁路轨道工程施工过程中所涉及的项目多且复杂,如果项目管理不当会导致施工质量下降,增加高速铁路运行风险,所以研究高速铁路轨道工程施工项目质量控制方案具有重要的现实意义.分析高速铁路轨道结构及工程施工项目工艺流程,利用视觉传感器采集高速铁路轨道点云数据,用最小二乘法对其进行拼接,通过曲面重构方法处理拼接结果,从而获取高速铁路轨道点云模型.采用BIM技术创建高速铁路轨道原比例模型,确定其内构件和两构件接口处各检测点坐标值,将其与点云模型中相应检测点坐标值进行比较,不断校正坐标偏差以及不符合验收标准的检测点,直到其满足质量验收标准,实现高速铁路轨道工程施工项目质量控制的较优方案设计.实验结果表明,该方案的高速铁路轨道点云数据采集和拼接效果好,能够把不合格检测点坐标值偏差控制在质量验收标准范围内,实际应用效果好.
There are many and complex projects involved in the construction of high-speed railway track engineering, which leads to the decline of construction quality and the increase of high-speed railway operation risk.Therefore, it is necessary to study the quality control scheme of high-speed railway track engineering construction project, including to analyze the high-speed railway track structure and engineering construction project process flow, to collect the high-speed railway track point cloud data with visual sensors, to splice them by using the least square method, and to process the splicing results through the surface reconstruction method so as to obtain the high-speed railway track point cloud model.BIM technology was used to create the original scale model of high-speed railway track, to determine the coordinate values of the internal components and the inspection points at the interface of the two components, to compare them with the coordinate values of the corresponding inspection points in the point cloud model, and also to correct constantly the coordinate deviation and the inspection points that dissatisfies the acceptance standards until they satisfies the quality acceptance standards, so as to realize the quality control scheme design of high-speed railway track engineering construction project.The experimental results showed that the efficacy was well in the high-speed railway track point cloud data acquisition and splicing effect of this scheme, and the coordinated value deviation of unqualified detection points could be controlled within the scope of quality acceptance standard.Meanwhile, the practical application effect was good.
