摘要
目的:探究双风池透刺合针刺颈百劳治疗椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1-12月景德镇市中医医院收治的60例CSA患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(双风池透刺合针刺颈百劳治疗)与对照组(常规药物治疗),各30例。比较两组中医症候积分、颈椎弧度及椎体水平位移、旋颈试验阳性率、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组眩晕、恶心呕吐、头痛评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组眩晕、恶心呕吐、头痛评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组旋颈试验阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组旋颈试验阳性率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组颈椎弧度及椎体水平位移比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组颈椎弧度及椎体水平位移均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.030)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双风池透刺合针刺颈百劳能够促进CSA中医症候改善,在改善颈椎弧度及椎体水平位移方面效果突出,疗效确切,不良反应少,可予以推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shuangfengchi penetration acupuncture and acupuncture of Jingbailao in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type(CSA).Method:A total of 60 patients with CSA admitted to Jingdezhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected,they were divided into observation group(Shuangfengchi penetration acupuncture and acupuncture of Jingbailao)and control group(conventional drug treatment)according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,cervical radian and horizontal displacement of vertebral body,positive rate of cervical rotation test,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of vertigo,nausea and vomiting,and headache between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of vertigo,nausea and vomiting,and headache in both groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the positive rate of cervical rotation test between the two group(P>0.05);after treatment,the positive rate of cervical rotation test in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in cervical radian and horizontal displacement of vertebral body between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the cervical radian and horizontal displacement of vertebral body in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.030).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuangfengchi penetration acupuncture and acupuncture of Jingbailao can promote the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of CSA,and has outstanding effect in improving cervical radian and horizontal displacement of vertebral body,with definite curative effect and few adverse reactions,which can be promoted.
