摘要
随着MBBS医学留学生人数的增长,眼科学作为独立的二级学科,承担所有MBBS医学留学生的眼科临床见习和实习带教任务,由于眼科的学科独特性和教学语言等原因,其教学难度较大,教学效果不确定。改进教学方法,提高MBBS留学生眼科教学质量很有必要。微信结合PBL是近年来新兴的教学方法,教师在上课前将晦涩难懂的眼科学知识整理成PBL教案分享到微信群,同学在微信群分小组讨论、提出问题,教师实时解答。教师以问题为基础,通过微信群把实体PBL分组讨论转换为虚拟空间的微信群分组讨论,节省了时间和空间成本,并且通过微信与同学实时互动,增加了学生学习的积极性,提高了学生学习效率和解决问题的能力,提高了教学质量。
With the growth of the number of MBBS medical overseas students,ophthalmology,as an independent secondary discipline,undertakes the task of ophthalmic clinical internship and practice teaching for all MBBS medical students.Due to the uniqueness of ophthalmology and teaching language,its teaching is difficult and the teaching effect is uncertain.It is necessary to improve teaching methods and improve the quality of ophthalmology teaching for MBBS foreign students.WeChat combined with PBL is a new teaching method in recent years.Before class,teachers organize obscure ophthalmology knowledge into PBL teaching plans and share them with WeChat group.Students discuss and ask questions in groups in WeChat group,and teachers answer them in real time.Based on problems,teachers convert physical PBL group discussion into virtual space WeChat group discussion through WeChat group,which saves time and space cost.Through real-time interaction with students through WeChat,they increase students’learning enthusiasm,improve students’learning efficiency and problem-solving ability,and improve teaching quality.
