摘要
基于河南省567份调查问卷数据,运用公平理论并采用Logistic回归分析模型,探索了河南省农户耕作获得感的影响因素,并按照农户家庭类型分别研究了不同类型农户耕作获得感的主要影响因素。结果表明:(1)大部分受访农户的耕作获得感较低,仅有1/4左右的农户耕作获得感较高;(2)农户耕作获得感主要受与邻居种田相比、与外出务工相比两种境况的影响;(3)在纯农户、农业为主兼营其他、非农为主兼营农业3种类型农户中,随着非农比重的增加,农户的耕作获得感逐渐降低;(4)不同类型农户的耕作获得感影响因素差异较大。
Based on the data of 567 questionnaires,the influencing factors of farmers’sense of gain from farming in Henan province are explored by using the equity theory and logistic regression analysis model,and the main influencing factors of different farmers’sense of gain from farming are studied according to their family types.The results are as follows:(1)Most of the surveyed farmers have a low sense of gain from farming,and nearly a quarter of them have a high sense of gain from farming.(2)Farmers’sense of farming access is mainly affected by two conditions compared with their neighbors’farming and migrant workers.(3)Among the three types of farmers,including pure farmer,agriculture-oriented and others,non-agriculture-oriented and agriculture,the sense of agricultural gain gradually decreases with the increase of the proportion of non-agricultural peasant households.(4)The influence factors for different types farmers’sense of gain from farming are vary greatly.
