功能性便秘(FC)是世界上最常见的功能性胃肠道疾病(FGIDs)之一,它影响生活质量并给医疗保健服务带来沉重的经济负担。国内外对其影响因素进行了众多调查研究,并且现有多种方法可对其进行诊断分析。本文将汇总可能导致FC的影响因素及归纳诊断方法,旨在为预防和诊断提供新思路。
Functional constipation(FC) is one of the most common functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGIDs) in the world, affecting quality of life and placing a heavy financial burden on healthcare services. There have been many investigations and studies on its influencing factors at home and abroad, and there are many methods for its diagnosis and analysis. This article will summarize the influencinat may lead to functionalg factors th constipation and inductive diagnosis methods, aiming to provide new ideas for prevention and diagnosis.
