航空电磁超材料沿面及组合间隙直流电压放电特性 被引量:3

DC Voltage Discharge Characteristics of Aeroelectromagnetic Metamaterials Along Surface and Combined Gap

摘要 电磁超材料具有优异电磁性能,符合未来航空飞行器天线罩的需求。针对谐振环型航空电磁超材料,研究电磁超材料平板沿面及组合间隙的直流放电情况。实验结果表明:谐振环型电磁超材料沿面放电形貌是沿超材料周期方向或与周期方向呈45°方向直线型放电;在偏离度φ为0°、15°、30°和45°时,谐振环型电磁超材料单位距离沿面闪络场强分别为1.46、1.57、1.74和1.76 kV/cm,偏离角φ为30°和45°时沿面单位距离的闪络场强较偏离角φ为0°和15°时更大;进一步研究了超材料的组合间隙直流放电情况,当间隙距离较小时(D=5cm),放电附着点落于针电极下方较大范围区域内,当间隙距离较大时(D=15 cm),电压达到击穿电压之前微结构单元之间会产生自放电现象,放电附着点落于针电极正下方很小范围区域内;加蒙皮能显著提高击穿电压;电磁超材料加装分流条会存在接闪失效的问题,缩短分流条间距会明显降低其组合间隙击穿电压,提高分流条的接闪效率。 Electromagnetic metamaterials have excellent electromagnetic properties,which meet the needs of aircraft radome.This paper simulates the DC discharge along the surface and combined gap of the electromagnetic metamaterial radome under the background electrostatic field environment of the aircraft in thunder cloud.The experimental results show that the surface discharge morphology of the resonant ring electromagnetic metamaterial is a linear discharge along the periodic direction or 45°with the periodic direction of the metamaterial;when the deviation degreesφis 0°,15°,30°and 45°,respectively,the flashover field strength per unit distance along the surface of the resonant ring electromagnetic metamaterial is 1.46 kV/cm,1.57 kV/cm,1.74 kV/cm and 1.76 kV/cm,respectively.When the deviation anglesφis 30°and 45°,the flashover field strength per unit distance along the surface is larger than that when the deviation angleφ=0°and 15°.Furthermore,the combined gap DC discharge of metamaterials is studied.It is found that when the needle plate gap is small(D=5 cm),the discharge attachment point falls in a large area below the needle electrode,and when the needle plate gap is large(D=15 cm),before reaching the breakdown voltage,the self discharge phenomenon will occur between the microstructure units,and the discharge attachment point will fall in a small area directly below the needle electrode.The breakdown voltage can be significantly increased by adding skin.The installation of shunt bars will cause the failure of lightning receiving.Shortening the distance of shunt bars is an effective means to improve the lightning protection effect of radome.This measure will reduce the breakdown voltage,and the corresponding lightning receiving rate is improved.
