摘要
为了研究不同结构性质的木薯淀粉粉尘层最小引燃温度及影响因素,利用粉尘层引燃温度装置对木薯原淀粉及其5种变性淀粉(氧化木薯淀粉、醚化木薯淀粉、糊精、预糊化木薯淀粉、乙酰化木薯淀粉)最小引燃温度进行实验研究,同时也利用热重分析仪、元素分析仪对木薯淀粉进行辅助分析研究。研究表明:木薯淀粉粉尘层的最小引燃温度与木薯淀粉的含氧量、粉尘粒径没有直接的、规律性的关系;木薯淀粉粉尘层最小着火温度由其物质结构所形成的物理、化学特征决定。
In order to study the minimum ignition temperature(MIT) of the dust layer of cassava starch with different structural properties and its influencing factors, the minimum ignition temperature of cassava starch and its five modified starches : oxidized cassava starch, etherified cassava starch, dextrin, pre-gelatinized cassava starch, and acetylated cassava starch were experimentally studied by using the dust layer ignition temperature device. At the same time, thermogravimetric analyzer and elemental analyzer were used to analyze cassava starch. The results show that the minimum ignition temperature of cassava starch dust layer havae no direct and regular relationship between oxygen content of cassava starch and dust particle size. The minimum ignition temperature of cassava starch dust layer is determined by the physical and chemical characteristics formed by its material structure.
