摘要
内分泌干扰物是指环境中存在的能干扰人类或动物内分泌系统诸环节并导致异常效应的物质,近年来,在河流、湖泊等地表水中被广泛检测到。尽管其在水体中只存在痕量级的浓度,却给环境带来了严重的威胁。选取地表水中常见的7种内分泌干扰物双酚A、壬基酚、辛基酚、雌酮、雌二醇、雌三醇、17α-乙炔基雌二醇为研究对象,综述了这些化合物的分析方法、物理化学性质、在地表水中浓度分布等,以便为我国在这方面的研究提供参考。
Endocrine disruptors(EDCs)are substances existing in the environment that can interfere with the links of human or animal endocrine system and cause abnormal effects.In recent years,EDCs as the emerging pollutants has been widely detected in rivers,lakes and other water bodies,and it is found that even though EDCs is only present at trace levels,it poses serious threats to the environment.Select seven EDCs compounds as the research objects,including bisphenol A,nonylphenol,octylphenol,estrone,estradiol,estriol,17α-Ethynylestradiol,the analytical methods,physical and chemical properties,concentration distribution in surface water and other aspects of these compounds are reviewed in order to provide reference for the research in this field in China.
