带式污泥干化中热风压降实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,采用热干化对污泥进行减量化处理越来越成为主流处理技术。带式污泥干化处理工艺因其热源灵活,既可采用蒸汽、热烟气、热水,也可采用热泵对污泥进行干化减量处理,市场占有率不断提高,特别是在污水处理厂的应用中。通过搭建小型的压降测试实验台,模拟带式干燥机中污泥条堆积成层的形态特征,研究污泥层干燥过程的压降变化,以指导干燥机配套风机的选型。实验发现,穿过带式传送网带的热风压降与气流风速、污泥含水率和泥层厚度相关。随着污泥在干燥机传送网带上的运行,各个位置污泥含水率和泥层压损逐步降低,在1 m/s的限定风速下,三层网带上污泥层产生的总压降为71.5 Pa。 Thermal drying is becoming a mainstream treatment technology for sludge reduction in recent years.Due to its flexible heat source,the belt sludge drying treatment process can use steam,hot flue gas,hot water,and heat pump to dry and reduce sludge.Its market share is increasing,especially in the application of sewage treatment plants.In this paper,a small pressure drop test-bed was built to simulate the state characteristics of sludge strips piled up in the conveyor belt,and to study the pressure drop changes in the drying process of the sludge layer,so as to guide the matching selection of air fans in the dryer.It is found that the hot air pressure drop across the conveyor belt is related to the air velocity,sludge moisture content and sludge layer thickness.The moisture content of the sludge and the pressure loss of the sludge layer at each position are gradually reduced with the operation of the sludge on the conveyor belt of the dryer.Under the limited wind speed of 1 m/s,the total pressure drop of the sludge layer on the three-layer mesh belt is 71.5 Pa.
