摘要
本文采用风险管理理论建立公共建筑空调新冠疫情风险等级评价体系。通过建筑功能区风险等级评价,解决在疫情防控常态化背景下,无法通过现有标准满足精准防控要求的问题,最大限度降低建筑内感染风险。对几类典型公共建筑:办公建筑、机场航站楼、轨道交通地下车站各功能区进行风险等级评价,为公共建筑整体疫情防控能力提升提供理论依据。
This paper establishes the risk grade assessment system of COVID-19 in public buildings air conditioning based on risk management theory. Through the risk grade assessment of building functional areas, the problem that the existing standards cannot meet the requirements of precise prevention and control under the background of normalization of epidemic prevention and control can be solved, so as to minimize the risk of infection in buildings. The risk grade assessments of several types of typical public buildings, including various functional areas in office buildings,airport terminals and rail transit underground stations, are carried out so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the overall epidemic prevention and control capacity of public buildings.
