摘要
针对脱硝系统频繁发生尿素结晶导致管道堵塞的问题,通过现场解体检查,综合分析出尿素结晶的主要原因为尿素溶液喷射量过大,且热解炉内流场及喷氨支管均存在一定问题,通过对脱硝系统进行改造,解决了脱硝系统频繁发生尿素结晶堵塞的问题,提高了设备的可靠性、安全性。
Aiming at the frequent pipeline blockage problem caused by urea crystallization in the denitration system,through on-site disassembly inspection,it is comprehensively analyzed that the main cause of urea crystallization is excessive injection of urea solution,and there are some problems in the flow field and ammonia injection branch pipe in the pyrolysis furnace.The problem of frequent urea crystal blockage in the denitration system can been solved by reforming the denitration system,and the reliability and safety of the equipment can been improved.
