GIS盆式绝缘子开裂引起放电故障的原因分析

摘要 盆式绝缘子在GIS中发挥着绝缘、支撑、密封的多重作用,其运行状况的好坏决定着GIS设备甚至整个变电站的安全可靠运行。然而实际运行过程中,由于盆式绝缘子制造、安装缺陷导致漏气、局部放电等异常现象时有发生,若无法及时发现处理,则极有可能进一步引发跳闸事故。介绍了一起母线伸缩节内盆式绝缘子开裂漏气引起的GIS放电故障,通过对盆式绝缘子工业CT探伤、伸缩节补偿能力校核、伸缩节内导体长度检查,判断故障原因为导体长度超出设计值,与两侧盆式绝缘子顶死,在导体及母线长期热胀冷缩过程中盆式绝缘子异常受力进而发生开裂。并进一步结合仿真计算,对故障过程进行还原,验证原因分析结果的正确性。最后针对此类故障提出了相应的防范措施,为今后此类故障的处理提供参考。 Basin insulator plays multiple roles of insulation,support and sealing in GIS.Its operation condition determines the safe and reliable operation of GIS equipment and even the whole substation.However,in the actual operation process,abnormal phenomena such as air leakage and partial discharge that are caused by manufacturing and installation defects of basin insulators occur from time to time. If they cannot be found and handled in time,it is very likely to further cause tripping accident.This paper introduced a GIS discharge fault caused by cracking and air leakage of basin insulator in bus expansion joint.Through the industrial CT flaw detection of the basin insulator,the check of the compensation capacity of the expansion joint and the inspection of the conductor length in the expansion joint,it was judged that the fault reason was that the length of the conductor exceeded the design value,and the basin insulator on both sides was jammed.During the long-term thermal expansion and cold contraction of the conductor and bus,the basin insulator was under abnormal stress and then cracked.Further,combined with simulation calculation,the fault process was restored to verify the correctness of the cause analysis results.Finally,the corresponding preventive measures for such faults were put forward,which provided a reference for the treatment of such faults in the future.
