摘要
本文分析5.5 kVA双馈异步风力发电机气隙静态偏心故障前后定子振动的变化规律,针对性研发了远程在线实时监测系统。首先,推导得出正常和气隙静态偏心故障下的定子单位面积磁拉力的解析表达式;然后,对不同气隙静态偏心程度下的定子单位面积磁拉力进行了有限元计算;最后,在新能源电力系统国家重点实验室的双馈异步风力发电机上进行了实验验证,并根据所验证的振动特性研发了定子振动在线监测系统。结果表明,气隙静态偏心故障会使定子单位面积磁拉力明显增大,且定子振动幅值与2f1、f1±f1、f1±fμ、fμ1±fμ2等频率成分随着偏心程度的增加而增大,研发的定子振动在线监测系统可有效监测气隙静态偏心故障,提供及时预警,实现失效预防。
This paper investigates the stator variation properties before and after static air-gap eccentricity(SAGE) and develops a particular remote online vibration monitoring system in 5.5 kVA doubly-fed induction generators(DFIG).Firstly, the detailed expressions of the stator magnetic pull per unit area(MPPUA) under normal and air gap static eccentricity faults are obtained.Then, the finite element calculations are performed to obtain the stator MPPUA in varied SAGE conditions.Finally, the experimental verification is carried out in a prototype DFIG in State Key Lab of Alternate Electric Power Systems with Renewable Energy Sources, and a particular remote online stator vibration monitoring system is developed.It is shown that the static air gap eccentricity will greatly increase the stator MPPUA,and the amplitude of vibration and the frequency components of 2f1,f1±f1,f1±fμ,fμ1±fμ2increase with the increase of eccentricity.In addition, the online monitoring system is able to effectively monitor the existence and developing tendency of SAGE in DFIGs, and it is therefore significant for the failure prevention.
