基于生产要素配置视角的经济增长路径绿色转换研究——基于北京市数据的分析 被引量:5

A Study on Green Transformation of Economic Growth Path Based on the Perspective of Production Factor Allocation:An Analysis Based on Beijing Data

摘要 生产要素的优化配置可以促进经济增长路径的绿色转换,有助于推进经济社会发展全面绿色转型。本文以北京市为案例,从生产要素配置角度出发,对经济增长路径绿色转换的趋势和特征进行研究。研究结果表明,北京市经济增长与环境质量呈现逐渐增强的负向相关关系,并且产业结构与生态环境的耦合协调性逐渐增强;劳动力要素和资本要素的产业间配置效率随时间推移发生明显变化,并且对促进经济增长路径的绿色转换具有积极的推动作用,但是环境约束下的生产要素配置还存在优化空间。未来,需要通过创新绿色经济发展模式、产业结构升级、优化能源消费、强化环境治理等途径引导生产要素配置,形成经济绿色高质量增长的内生动力。 The optimal allocation of production factors can promote the green transformation of economic growth paths and help promote the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development. Taking Beijing as a case study, this paper investigates the trends and characteristics of the green transformation of economic growth paths from the perspective of production factor allocation. The research results show that the economic growth and environmental quality in Beijing show a gradually increasing negative correlation, and the coupling and coordination between industrial structure and ecological environment gradually increases;the inter-industry allocation efficiency of labor and capital factors changes significantly over time and has a positive role in promoting the green transformation of the economic growth path, but there is still room for optimizing the allocation of production factors under environmental constraints. In the future, it is necessary to guide the allocation of production factors through innovating green economy development mode, industrial structure upgrading, optimizing energy consumption and strengthening environmental management to form the endogenous driving force for green and high-quality economic growth.
