摘要
推动城市公共交通高质量发展是不断满足人民群众对于城市公共交通美好出行向往的根本途径。本文通过定性研究,构建城市公共交通高质量发展水平评价指标体系。在综合考虑评价对象复杂性和评价指标模糊性的基础上,建立熵权-模糊综合评价模型。运用熵权-模糊综合评价法对广东省部分城市的城市公共交通高质量发展水平进行定量评价。结果表明,该指标评价体系能够较好的反映城市公共交通高质量发展水平,研究成果对于交通运输主管部门制定城市公共交通高质量发展政策和策略具有重要参考意义。
Promoting the high-quality development of urban public transport is the fundamental way to continuously meet the people’s yearning for a better travel of urban public transport.Through qualitative research,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of high-quality development of urban public transport.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the complexity of the evaluation object and the fuzziness of the evaluation index,an entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established.The entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantitatively evaluate the high-quality development level of urban public transport in some cities of Guangdong Province.The results show that the index evaluation system can better reflect the high-quality development level of urban public transport,and the research results have important reference significance for the competent department of transport to formulate high-quality development policies and strategies of urban public transport.
