摘要
根据某专科公立医院修缮工程管理实践,从施工图设计、工程量清单编制、确定施工单位、施工现场管理、合同履约管理等角度分析项目管理存在的问题,并提出了改进建议,旨在促进医院修缮工程管理的规范化,以保证工程质量、缩短建设周期、提高资金使用效益。
According to the management practice of a specialized public hospital renovation project, the problems existing in project management are analyzed from the perspectives of construction drawing design, preparation of bill of quantities, construction unit determination, construction site management, contract performance management, etc., and suggestions for improvement are put forward to promote the standardization of hospital renovation project management to ensure project quality, shorten the construction period, and improve the efficiency of fund use.
