摘要
脑卒中是一种高发病率、高致死率、高致残率的神经系统疾病,常伴有躯体、运动、认知、言语等功能障碍。但大多数脑卒中患者在恢复过程中因家庭和社会因素很难得到持续规范的康复医疗服务,而远程康复为解决这种困境提出了新的思路。远程康复是基于远程通信技术为居家脑卒中患者提供科学、规范、持续的康复服务。本文主要综述了远程康复的定义、远程康复技术发展和临床运用,总结了远程康复的优缺点,旨在为远程康复在脑卒中康复中的应用提供指导。
Stroke is a neurological disease with high morbidity, mortality, and disability, often accompanied by physical, motor, cognitive, and speech dysfunction. However, most stroke patients have difficulties to receive continuous standardized rehabilitation medical services during the long recovery period due to family and social factors. Telerehabilitation presents a new idea to solve this dilemma. Telerehabilitation is based on telecommunication technology to provide scientific, standardized and continuous rehabilitation services for homebound stroke patients. This paper introduces the definition of telerehabilitation, the development and clinical application of telerehabilitation technology, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of telerehabilitation, trying to provide some basis for the application of telerehabilitation in stroke rehabilitation.
