摘要
渔业中由于抗生素等相关药物的使用,使得创伤弧菌等水产菌产生了耐药性,增强现有抗生素的杀菌效果是解决该问题的重要途径。在低离子和创伤弧菌生理渗透压环境下用多种氨基糖苷类抗生素对平台期创伤弧菌进行处理,并测定创伤弧菌在低离子和生理渗透压环境下对氨基糖苷类抗生素的摄取量。结果表明:低离子休克能高效增强氨基糖苷类抗生素对创伤弧菌的杀灭效果,且促进杀菌效果具有抗生素浓度和时间依赖效应。低离子处理促进氨基糖苷类抗生素杀灭创伤弧菌的分子机制是增加了细菌对抗生素的摄取。该研究为进一步揭示细菌耐药机制奠定了基础,并为解决细菌耐药性问题提供了可行的途径。
Due to the usage of related drugs such as antibiotics in fisheries,the aquatic bacteria such as Vibrio vulnificus have developed the drug resistance.Enhancing the bactericidal effect of the existing antibiotics was an important way to solve this problem.The Vibrio vulnificus at the plateau phase was treated with various aminoglycoside antibiotics under the low ion and physiological osmotic pressure environment,and then the intake of aminoglycoside antibiotics by Vibrio vulnificus under the low ion and physiological osmotic pressure environment was determined.The results showed that the low ion shock could effectively enhance the killing efficacy of aminoglycoside antibiotics against Vibrio vulnificus,and the bactericidal promoting effect had an antibiotic concentration and time dependent manner.The molecular mechanism of low ion treatment which promoted the aminoglycoside antibiotics to kill the Vibrio vulnificus was to increase the uptake of antibiotics by the bacteria.This study laid a foundation for further revealing the mechanism of bacterial resistance and provided a feasible way to solve the problem of bacterial resistance.
