摘要
简述了牡蛎壳基本结构以及营养和药用价值。分析了近期国内外关于废弃牡蛎壳在食品、医学、工业、农业等领域中的部分资源化利用与研究进展,指出了扩大废弃牡蛎壳产品利用面临的挑战。提出,随着科技发展、环保意识深入人心与国家政策支持力度的加大,废弃牡蛎壳资源化利用有着非常光明的前景。
This paper briefly describes the basic structure of oyster shell as well as its nutritional and medicinal value, analyzes the recent domestic and international research progress on the resource utilization and research of waste oyster shells in food, medicine, industry, agriculture and other fields, and points out the challenges faced by expanding the utilization of waste oyster shells.Moreover, it is proposed that with the development of science and technology, the awareness of environmental protection and the increase of national policy support,the recycling of waste oyster shells has a very bright prospect.
